OK the song – I’m pretty sure that it means that she wrote him a letter, but he was too dyslexic to realise that she was pregnant until a sexy cartoon chick came to kick his ass.

you know I was thinking about your last post. I think you, Chels and I are very similar. We’re introverts. THat doesn’t mean we’re freaks like the unabomber, it means we get our energy from inside ourselves, or from small select groups of people.
I get exhausted just using all the words I use in a normal day that I need time out often. It’s energy sapping. Time out means NO TALKING, leave me alone, let me be. It doesn’t mean I don’t like you, it doesn’t mean I never want to talk to you, it doesn’t mean I don’t want to tell you how I feel, it just means I can’t physically bring myself to think and form words. I need a book or a tv program or to sit outside and just look. Chels comes home from school and says nothing for about an hour. Don’t bother asking her about her day until then – she just can’t make the words.
Take as much time out as you need otherwise you’ll have nothing inside you to give anyone.
Oh, and we only live down the street from you – walk over Easter Sunday and put your eggs in our fridge. No one will eat them here and you can have as long as you want. We’ve still got about 3/4 of our eggs. We may still have some when you get home…

He gets a letter not addressed to him, but decides to open it anyway. Thus contravening any number of privacy laws. He reads it and decides that he loves the girl who wrote it (even though he has never even laid eyes on her) and uses the return address to find her. Thus contravening stalking laws. When he finds her she is just about to jump off the cliff. He tells her that he loves her and that her baby can call him papa. SO she gets into the car with him and they drive off into the sunset.
